12月9日电，据韩国先驱报消息，美国州官员周五表示，韩国现代汽车集团和SK集团的电池制造子公司SK On将投资40亿美元在佐治亚州建立一家联合电池生产厂。预计将于2025年完工。两家公司于11月下旬签署了一项商业协议，将在亚特兰大西北约100公里的巴托县建设一家联合工厂。
