创业网（公众号：iadmin5）11月16日报道：据彭博报道，生鲜电商美菜网正在筹划赴港 IPO，目前处在选择银行的阶段。美菜网对此回应：不予置评。
据了解，美菜网成立于2014年。公司颠覆传统的批发模式，定位于F2B模式，采取控货自营模式，以自建冷冻物流网络作为基础，连接蔬菜供应商和餐饮企业。
