9月30日消息，据国外媒体报道，日本经济产业省正在探讨向半导体巨头美光科技的广岛工厂提供最多1900亿日元规模的补贴。
美光将在广岛工厂引进最尖端生产设备“极紫外光（EUV）光刻装置”，还计划2026年起量产新一代DRAM。
日本还决定向台积电熊本工厂提供最多4760亿日元补贴等，加强国内的半导体产业基础。
