苹果公司维修方案终于给出，如果AIRPods Max耳机在保修期内出现问题，将会更换新的耳机，但不包括新的耳垫。
苹果公司提供了指导用户如何将AIRPods Max装入维修盒邮寄的图纸，其中要求先取下耳垫，以便分开寄送耳机。
另外，苹果公司表示如果更换AIRPods Pro耳机，将提供全新的耳塞，但耳垫价格较高，用户需自行清理寄送。
