创业网（公众号：iadmin5）11月19日报道：今日，针对“最早明年5月完成上市进程”的传闻，运动科技公司Keep回应称，关于IPO计划暂无时间表。
此前，有媒体报道称，Keep计划在2022年1月向香港联交所提交上市申请文件，并有望最早在5月完成上市进程。
今年5月，Keep计划赴美IPO，筹资5亿美元。11月，有消息称，Keep拟将上市地从美国改为港交所。
