近日，一名上海网友在出行小程序中发现自己有一条未支付信息，竟然是2017年的一张1414元的出租车出行单子，然而整个行程只有2公里左右7分钟。
对此，平台客服的回复居然是“正常，支付就行”。
5月12日，涉事平台客服再次回复，类似情况只能通过在线客服处理，会将价格进行修改。
