9月16日消息，中国信息通信研究院院长刘多在5G创新发展高峰论坛上表示，截至2020年8月底，我国5G用户数超过1.1亿，居全球首位。
截至2020年7月底，我国已累计开通5G基站超46万个。计划2020年底超过60万个基站，覆盖全国地级以上城市。5G SA网络预计将在9月商用。
