4月12日消息，据消息，阿里云在考虑独立运营，并上市的计划。知情人士称月底之前阿里云内部还会进行一轮架构调整。
阿里云方面暂未公开置评。
阿里最新财报显示，2021财年第三季度阿里云营收161亿元，调整后EBITA盈利2400万元，首次实现盈亏平衡。
