创业网（公众号：iadmin5）3月11日报道：市场监管总局发布深圳美团优选科技有限公司不正当价格行为案行政处罚决定书：
当事人的违法行为，涉及商品多、持续时间长，国家市场监督管理总局召开行政指导会进行提醒告诫后，当事人上述违法行为仍在继续。依据《中华人民共和国价格法》第四十条、《价格违法行为行政处罚规定》第四条、第七条之规定，本机关作出如下决定：责令改正，合并罚款150万元。
