创业网（公众号：iadmin5）4月19日报道：据报道，更新版支付宝App在首页推出容纳商家服务进展提醒的“消息盒子”。用户点击“消息盒子”可以在展示完整服务内容的同时，一键进入商家小程序私域。
目前已有部分商家使用这一功能进行精准触达，向消费者发送订单状态、服务进度或活动通知。
据了解，支付宝小程序消息面向商家群体开放，主要用于用户的精准触达、低成本召回和私域沉淀。
