创业网（公众号：iadmin5）11月30日报道：天眼查App显示，11月29日，海南三亚天博产业私募基金管理有限公司成立，注册资本1000万。经营范围含一般项目私募股权投资基金管理、创业投资基金管理服务。该公司由章泽天、刘强东、李瑞玉共同持股。
其中，章泽天为大股东，持股比例49%；刘强东持股比例30%，李瑞玉持股比例21%。
