创业网（公众号：iadmin5）10月9日报道：10月8日，淘宝网发布公告称，为了更好的保障淘宝网通讯行业卖家和买家的合法权益，拟调整《淘宝网通讯行业管理规范》。此次规则调整于2021年10月8日进行公示通知，将于2021年10月15日正式生效。
主要变更内容为新增商品资质要求。修改后的规范要求，1.卖家须入驻天机平台;2.商品须是天机平台中的商品。
