创业网（公众号：iadmin5）5月6日报道：阿里巴巴集团客户体验事业群（阿里CCO）日前对外透露，2021年计划整体扩招35%-45%客服人才，服务淘宝、天猫商家。
据悉，4月1日至今，该部门已连续发布多条招聘信息，其中和商家服务相关的不在少数。招聘信息显示，阿里CCO商家服务岗位主要包括客户服务专员、服务体验专家、客户经理等。目前，招聘进度已完成70%左右。
