4月2日中午发文称，今日(20日)09:10监测到国内用户出现登录异常的情况。团队在第一时间介入并紧急处理，相关问题已于11:45逐步修复，目前服务已全面恢复稳定。
腾讯云表示，对于此次故障深表歉意，将为受影响用户补偿1000 credits。
不过，在下午2点以后，又有不少用户留言反馈称该服务又炸了、又崩了等。
