天眼查知识产权信息显示，此前，古茗科技集团有限公司已申请注册多枚本次引发争议的图形logo商标，国际分类涉及广告销售、日化用品、服装鞋帽等，其中部分商标已初审公告，其余商标状态为等待实质审查。
