台积电3纳米芯片研发近期获得突破，决定8月以第2版3纳米制程工艺投产。据台湾《联合报》报道，台积电决定如期在2022年推动3纳米芯片量产，量产地点位于台南和新竹两地。目前台积电初步规划新竹工厂每月产能约1万至2万片，台南工厂产能为1.5万片。
