中兴通讯发布公告称，2020年6月24日，公司完成了2020年度第七期超短期融资券的发行。
本期超短融按面值发行，发行额为10亿元人民币，期限为177天，单位面值为100元人民币，发行利率为1.65%，起息日期为2020年6月24日，兑付日期为2020年12月18日，由中国银行股份有限公司主承销。
公告显示，2020年6月24日，本期超短融所募集的资金已经全部到账，将用作偿还公司银行融资。
